    By accessing the website, your agreeing to all the following terms and conditions. Its advised that you check this page regularly to take notice of any changed that have been made.
    Access to this website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the services without notice. We will not be held liable if for any reason this website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts or all of this website.


    2.1 Terms of Sale - Registration
  • You must have a registered account to place and order on this website. We reserve the right to delete duplicate account or deny access to customers who do not comply with our terms and conditions.
  • When registering you must provide true and accurate information. Inaccurate information entered may delay or prevent us fro processing your order or contacting you to resolve any problems.


    2.2 Eligibility
  • In order to to purchase on the website you will be required to provide your personal details. You must provide your real full name, phone number, address, e-mail address and any other reasonable requested information. You will be required to provide payment details that represent and warrant are both valid and correct and that you confirm you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.
    If you are ordering from outside the United Kingdom, you assume all responsibility for any and all customs charges. You must ensure that anything you order complies with local laws and regulations and that you assume responsibility for any customs delays or seizures.
    By making an offer to purchase you agree that we may use personal information provided to conduct anti fraud checks. Personal information may be disclosed to credit reference or fraud prevention agencies.


    3. Violent Crime Reduction Act
  • 3.1 Sales of realistic imitation firearms will be conducted in accordance with the relevant sections of Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006. Buyers must provide evidence for us to form a defence under section 32 of the violent crime reduction act.
    Sales of realistic imitation firearms will be conducted in accordance with the relevant sections of the VCRA.
    Specifically, buyers must provide evidence for us to form a defence under section 37 of the VCRA. Customers who cannot provide evidence to form a defence will require the imitation firearm to be painted in a bright colour no less than 51%. Painting lead time of up to 1 week at no extra cost.


    4. Pricing and Availability
  • 4.1 All prices shown throughout the website are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise indicated. Product prices are subjected to change
    4.2 We will try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. Should we discover an error in the price of any good which you have ordered we will inform you at of this as soon as possible.
    4.3 The Service may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
    We reserve the right to refuse to fill any orders that you may place based on information on the Service that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.


    4.4 Payment
  • Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.

    4.5 Preorders
  • All preorder items will be clearly marked within the product description. All preorder items will be shipped according to the selected shipping method as soon as the product(s) arrive, this is normally within 2-3 days of purchasing. Your order will be shipped once the whole order is in stock, please contact us should you wish to receive in stock items sooner at [email protected] From time to time there may be stock discrepancies, should this be the case we will notify you to amend your order or cancel.

    5. Discount Codes
  • From time to time we may offer promotional discount code which may apply to purchases made through this Website.
    The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue. These terms relate to all promotions, competitions and discount codes unless otherwise stated
  • a)Only one promotion code can be used per order. A promotional code can't be used after an order has been placed.
  • b) If the promotional code has expired, it cannot be used. Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • c) Brand or product category exclusions may apply. We will let you know if the promotional code can’t be used against certain brands or product categories in your basket before you complete your purchase.


    6. Shipping
  • We aim to dispatch all orders within one working day of acceptance. Acceptance is not necessarily the day an order is submitted.
    Our delivery times depending what once you have selected are next day / 2-3 working days our delivery partners aim to deliver good within the selected shipping at checkout, this service level is not guaranteed. We will endeavour to keep you informed of any delays, but we are not liable for any consequential loss due to delays.
    All goods are insured in transit and remains our responsibility until it is delivered to your specified address, at which point responsibility passes to you. If your specified recipient is someone other than yourself you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by us, and transfer of responsibility in the same way.


    7.1 Damaged deliveries
  • All damaged deliveries or shortages should be reported within 24 hours of receipt . Please email us at [email protected]


    7.2 Returns
  • For online orders, you may return any unused items in its original packaging for a refund or exchange. It is advised that you notify us first and then return it to us within 14 days of receiving the items.
  • You will be refunded the cost of the returned item(s) within 14 days of us receiving he item, we cannot refund the cost of shipping the items to you originally. All goods being returned to us for a refund remains your responsibility until it is delivered.


    7.3 Faulty Items
  • All items are check and tested before being shipped, however if you believe and item to be faulty you must contact us first before returning it for inspection. You must allow a reasonable time for our engineer to inspect it.
    If an item is faulty we will offer a repair or replacement, followed by a full refund if this is unsuccessful or not possible.
    We will refund you the cost of return up to the cost that we charged originally to send it to you if any items are found to be faulty. If returned items are found to be no faulty, you will be charged the standard rate for delivery back to you.


    7.4 Warranty
  • We warrant products to be free from manufacturing defects for 6 months from date of purchase. The warranty only covers buyers that are current United Kingdom residents.
    You should contact us immediately at [email protected] with a description of the issue along with your order number.
    The warranty does not cover:
  • a) Normal ware and tear to pats such as, but not limited to gears, pistons, tappet plates, seals and gasket
  • b) Any products that have been altered or adjusted in any way from their original format (unless the alterations were carried out by our technicians).
  • c) Any faults arising from using the wrong gas for temperature conditions, for example Tokyo Marui and other ABS guns must only use 144a gas when ambient temperatures are above 10 Degrees Centigrade. In very hot conditions, i.e 15 degrees C and above, some pistols with metal slides must only use 144a gas (this is because gas pressure is increased with temperature). Every gas gun is different and you must check the gas you are using is correct.
  • d) Any faults arising from overcharging of batteries, or completely discharing batteries
  • e) Any faults arising from repairs / upgrades / maintenance not carried out by us.
  • f) Any faults arising from misuse; this includes use of poor quality bbs, any internal damage caused by jammed BBs, overcharging batteries or using the incorrect battery or charger for the gun. If unsure please contact us at [email protected]
